My interest

HI THIS IS MY FIRST ENTRY. I realy dont know where to start.I start by saying that i am a sailing enthusiast, i had boats all my life. Old ones that is. First of all i was in the navy from 1953 to 1956. I was aboard the aircraft carrier uss hornet all thoes years.If any one reads this and was on the ship,i would like to hear from you. Especially if you were a boatsmate.Now getting back to now.After i came home from the service I said i would never go near the ocean i had enough. That did not happn. Me and my brother's startered with small boats at the cresant yacht club in Haverhill mass. After that we went to a 36 ft nove hull.This boat was built of wood.Like all my boats.Now in 1969 i went and bought a sail boat,the make was a sea bird yawl.It was 34 years old. That it for now. Iwill do more later.
